 General Information / Background
Suffolk Heritage Housing Association owns and manages quality and affordable homes for rent for its tenants, predominantly within Suffolk. These include general needs and sheltered housing as well as shared ownership accommodation.

With a total of 8,331* properties, homes are not just bricks and mortar. Suffolk Heritage is committed to the services it offers to its tenants and operates an extensive housing management programme. Incorporated within this programme is a prioritised responsive repairs system; a cyclical and preventative maintenance programme; prompt letting of empty homes; collection of rents; good estate management; dealing effectively with matters such as anti social behaviour and improving the quality of the environment in which tenants live.

Suffolk Heritage has a successful development programme which has led to the provision of quality homes within nine local authority areas throughout the Eastern region.
