Stafford and Rural Homes is a new and vibrant, forward-thinking company, which owns and manages 5,600 homes within Stafford Borough. It is a Registered Social Landlord, registered with the Housing Corporation, formed following a positive ballot of Stafford Borough Council tenants in March 2005.
Stafford and Rural Homes is run by a Board of five tenants, five council nominees and five independent people, chosen for their skills and experience. It is committed to delivering a home repair and improvement programme of over £60 million by 2010, together with many other commitments. |
