With over 250 properties in the pipe-line our commitment to helping regenerate the North West has never been stronger.
Here are a few examples of our work:-
- Palace Court in Bolton, a new Live/Work development, is as exciting and innovative as it gets. The scheme’s 12 apartments have been specially designed for artisans and home workers. Each apartment incorporates a studio, as well as living area, enabling residents to run their businesses from home.
- At Calderstones in the Ribble Valley, we have taken 20 brand new houses and flats from Wimpey Construction, some for rent, some for sale, which provide a low cost housing solution for local people.
Each year we refurbish a minimum of 20 homes for rent in Pendle, on which unemployed young people are given the opportunity to train and start a career in the building trade. |
