Spire Homes (formerly East Northamptonshire Housing) was formed in February 2001 to receive the transfer of housing stock from East Northamptonshire Council. Registered with the Housing Corporation as a not for profit social landlord, we manage approximately 4,400 homes throughout the district.
Spire Homes is the new face of East Northamptonshire Housing, and having laid firm foundations in our first four years of operation we now plan to extend our services and the provision of affordable housing throughout Northamptonshire and the surrounding counties.
The name change will give us a clear identity as we continue to expand our development programme into new areas - while reminding everyone of our roots, in Northamptonshire, the 'county of spires'. |
