Signpost Housing Association and Signpost Care Partnerships are collectively known as Spectrum Signpost. Spectrum Signpost works closely with other companies of Spectrum Housing Group.
Signpost Housing Association was established in 1990 following the purchase of North Dorset District Council's housing stock. Signpost Housing Association now owns and manages over 5,000 homes throughout Devon, Dorset, Somerset and Wiltshire.
Our homes are mainly general needs rented housing and includes 600 sheltered units for older people. More recently we have been developing a diverse portfolio, which includes the management of student, key worker and market-rented housing.
We work in partnership with local authorities, other housing associations, local communities, voluntary and statutory agencies. |
