Spectrum Housing Group is a Registered Social Landlord (Housing Association) registered with the Industrial and Provident Society and the Housing Corporation. The Group owns and manages over 16,000 homes, maintains a further 30,000 properties and will be developing in the region of 1,000 homes a year through Source Development Partnership across the South and South West of England.
Spectrum Housing Group was set up in 2007 and is the result of the merger of Signpost and Spinnaker Housing Groups. The Group comprises:
