Spa Housing Association was formed in 1994 & currently manages more than 2500 properties in Droitwich & the surrounding areas. The Association is based in the centre on Droitwich & has an office on the Westlands estate. Since transfer we have invested heavily in modernising our homes & continue to develop new homes for rent & low cost home ownership.
We also manage a number of properties that are leased to agencies who house people with special needs.
Housing Officers manage our homes & we also have a dedicated customer services advisor team. We have a Tenant Participation Officer, who helps tenants get involved & a Welfare Benefits Officer, who can offer advice on claiming benefits. |
