South Northants Homes was launched on 17 March 2008 as a new not-for-profit housing association set up to receive the transfer of over 2,900 homes from South Northamptonshire Council following a positive vote by tenants in favour of transfer in 2007.
The Association is run by an unpaid voluntary board of 15 people, comprising of five Tenants, five Council nominees and five independent specialists. South Northants Homes in partnership with Aragon and MacIntyre Housing Associations (based in Bedfordshire) have formed a new housing group – Grand Union Housing Group. |
