Spectrum Property Care (formerly Signpost Services) is part of the Spectrum Housing Group, providing building maintenance, repairs and property services. Spectrum Property Care respond to the needs of 100,000 social housing residents to improve in excess of 35,000 homes across the South of England each year. Spectrum Property Care also repair and maintain student accommodation, NHS sites and public buildings for a range of clients.
Spectrum Property Care employs over 200 people and has its Head Office in Blandford Forum in Dorset and in area offices at Poole in Dorset, Exeter in Devon and Westbury in Wiltshire. This is an Investor In People organisation and offer ongoing training to all staff, including modern apprenticeships which presents opportunities for promotion within the company.
The services has been accredited with the new quality standards mark BS EN ISO 9000:2001 across all of the service areas. Spectrum Property Care has extensive experience with a reputation for being flexible whilst providing quality services that meet customer requirements. This is also market leaders in partnership working and have played a major role in Best Value Reviews for repairs and maintenance services provided by our Local Authority clients. |
