Signpost Care Partnerships Ltd was launched on 1 Dec 1999, however the Supported Housing Department was established in May 1998. Signpost Care Partnerships has developed a range of intensive supported housing management activities in respect of four client groups:-
* Adults with mental health needs
* Adults with learning difficulties
* Adults with physical disabilities
* Vulnerable young adults
The creation of Signpost Care Partnerships provides a new impetus to this important and challenging area of work. Development of Supported Housing has been one of Signpost. |
