|
Severn Vale Housing Society came into existence on the 27th April 1998 following a Large Scale Voluntary Transfer (LSVT) from Tewkesbury Borough Council, and quickly established a reputation as a fair and considerate provider of social housing. Initially, over 3000 homes were transferred to Severn Vale Housing's ownership and an extensive programme of refurbishment and improvement was put into place.
Severn Vale Housing is non profit making and is regulated by the Tenant Services Authority (TSA) and Homes and Communities Agency (HCA). At present, Severn Vale Housing owns and manages around 3,500 properties and provides services to over 5,000 customers. It has developed into a professional organisation employing over 100 people. |
