Sedgefield Borough Homes (SBH) is a 'not for profit' independent housing association. We were set up in March 2009 after council tenants in Sedgefield Borough voted in favour of transferring the ownership and management of their homes to SBH.
We are registered with the Tenant Services Authority, which is responsible for the supervision and regulation of Social Landlords. |
