 General Information / Background
Saxon Weald is a young, ambitious housing association committed to being a great company to work for, work with and receive services from. We were established in 1999 and in December 2000, took over Horsham District Council’s housing stock.

We own and manage 4700 homes in the Horsham district of West Sussex, including over 1100 retirement flats and bungalows. We also own 400 leasehold properties and have recently built our first flats for shared ownership.
