 General Information / Background
Sarsen Housing Association was formed in 1995 to take over the ownership and management of 5000 homes owned by Kennet District Council, around Devizes in Wiltshire. Since then the Association has worked hard to improve the quality of residents' homes and some £35million has been spent on this to date.

The Association has also developed a range of complementary services and expand the area of operation. Today, Sarsen works in partnership with Local Authorities across the south-west to deliver affordable homes for rent.

Sarsen is a member of the Aster Group.
