Description
Saffron Housing Trust now has over 4800 properties mainly in South Norfolk which follows the transfer of houses from South Norfolk Council in 2004.

Since that time a programme of works has been completed ensuring that our houses comply with the Decent Homes standard and that we make continuous improvements such as the kitchens project completed in 2009. We also look to make our properties as energy efficient as possible and we have also recently installed pv panels on over 800 of our homes.

Over the last eighteen months, as part of our new developments, we have built small numbers of homes in rural communities as part of South Norfolk Council's and Saffron Housing Trust’s desire to keep affordable homes for local people in rural villages. We have also added to our general needs stock in that time too.
