Ryedale Housing Association provides and manages more than 3,500 homes in these areas of North and East Yorkshire: Ryedale, City of York, East Yorkshire, Hambleton, Scarborough.
The homes are situated in a variety of locations from the beautiful villages and market towns of North and East Yorkshire, the coastal areas of Whitby and Bridlington to modern city apartments in York.
The staff are based in two area teams at Malton and York and are dedicated to providing services for their area and communities. There is a range of homes to suit single people, families, older people and those wanting supported housing.
A priority for the association continues to be the refurbishment and modernisation of existing homes and the construction of and purchase of new homes for rent and home ownership.
Key to the success is providing a quality service as well as bricks and mortar. But it also work with other organisations to tackle crime, poverty and under achievement in the communities served. The organisation will work closely with the customers and with tenant representatives to ensure the services provided are as per people requirements. |
