The Association was created in January 1991, following the purchase of the housing stock owned by Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council, and was one of the first Large Scale Voluntary Transfer (LSVT) Housing Associations.
It owns and manages over 6000 properties, ranging from one-bedroom flats to four bedroom (and a few larger) houses.russet homes are the largest providers of social housing within Tonbridge & Malling.
The organization aims:
* to provide, maintain and improve homes to meet the needs of the present and future tenants;
* to provide high quality, local services, working closely with all customers and partners in the community;
* to keep rents and other charges as low as possible and ensure best value by operating in a cost efficient and effective manner;
