Ross Walk Housing Co-operative (RWHC) is an innovative provider of good quality affordable homes for rent for local people.
We also develop new housing and contribute much to our community and to the local economy.
Based in the Belgrave area of Leicester, we work in an ethnically diverse neighbourhood, and rent homes to people from a wide variety of cultures. We’ve a strong commitment to diversity and promoting equality of opportunity.
As a housing co-op, we’re run entirely by and for our tenant members. Tenant members own and manage their housing collectively – so they are effectively also their own landlord.
We’re working towards accreditation under the government’s Investors In Communities scheme, for our neighbourhood work.
RWHC is one of around 600 housing co-operatives in England. |
