Established since 1959, the Rosemary Simmons Memorial Housing Association was set up by Roger and Iris Simmons in the memory of their young daughter,who died in a car crash.
In 2000 Rosemary Simmons HA became responsible for running The Fellowship Houses Trust,with homes in Surrey,Sussex and Berkshire.
Both associations are growing and together own around 550 homes in the South East,with more being developed.Our new houses and flats meet the latest environmental standards and are designed to offer high quality whilst remaining affordable.
They offer rented and shared ownership homes for families and single people of all ages.Their leasehold retirement accommodation is for single people and couples. |
