Roddons Housing Association was formed in 2007 following the transfer of 3,754 homes from Fenland District Council and is based in March, Cambridgeshire.
The transfer marked a new era for affordable housing in Fenland with Roddons pledging to keep a series of 100 Days Promises to residents.
This included building 500 new affordable homes over the next five years in the district, launching new services, adding extra staff to the team, building relationships with partners and starting improvement and maintenance work on existing social housing.
Roddons is committed to ensuring all of its homes meet the Government’s Decent Homes standard. Contractors have been appointed to partner Roddons
in carrying out a five year programme of improvements to all homes where it is required, at a cost of £35million. |
