The organisation has gone from strength to strength since our formation in 1993 but we have remained close to our customers and the compact nature of our operational area has enabled us to maintain close control over the quality of the services we provide.
RFHA owns and manages stock in 7 local authority districts; East Northamptonshire, Wellingborough, Kettering, Daventry, Desborough, Northampton and Corby, including shared ownership properties and market rented properties.
RFHA achieves this by managing and maintaining its homes to the highest standards, facilitating and encouraging resident involvement, monitoring its performance to maintain and improve standards and providing equality of opportunity in all its activities.
We are governed by a Board of 11 members who bring to the organisation a range of skills and expertise and who are supported by a team of 21 staff. |
