RFHA is a trickle transfer association set up in 1992 by East Northamptonshire Council. In 1998, the 498th and last property to be transferred by the Council was purchased by RFHA.
The Association's stock is predominantly family housing on local authority estates in the towns of Rushden, Higham Ferrers, Irthlingborough, Raunds, Oundle and Thrapston. Approximately 50 properties are located in small villages across East Northamptonshire. |
