Riversmead was established in 1995 to initially provide a comprehensive housing management service for East Herts District Council. Through continual planned growth and development we now own and manage over 4,300 good quality, affordable homes across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
Our objectives are:
* To provide efficient, cost effective housing management service
* To develop opportunities to encourage social housing inclusion and ensure that all residents are aware of their rights and responsibilities.
* To be a significant provider of additional affordable housing for local people. |
