To manage the leaseholds of properties, providing services for residents, such as gardening, repairs and window leaning.
The organisation sell and manage a wide range of properties including developments specifically aimed at providing elderly people with safe and secure homes that they own, or part-own, themselves.
Riverside is one of the leading providers of Low Cost Home Ownership (LCHO) in the Registered Social Landlord sector. Riverside has sold over one thousand homes, mainly on a shared ownership basis in Merseyside, the North West and the Midlands. |
