Ribble Valley Homes is a new housing organisation, set up with the support of the Council. It is local and not for profit, which means any surpluses it makes would be ploughed back into the housing service for example they could be used to pay for improvements to your home and neighbourhoods.
Ribble Valley Homes wil be registered with the Housing Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating registered social landlords.
Ribble Valley Homes has become the newest subsidiary housing association to join the Vicinity Housing Group. It joins Liverpool Housing Trust, Cobalt Housing and Beechwood Ballantyne Community Housing Association within a group that now owns and manages almost 25,000 homes in Merseyside, Cheshire and Lancashire. |
