Redditch Co-operative 2000 Housing Co-operative lettings area covers the area of the Town which does not neatly fall into a neighbourhood Co-operative. It covers the area on the enclosed map. The area covers part or all of the following wards of Church Hill, Lodge Park, Greenlands, Headless Cross and Oakenshaw and West wards of the Town. The Co-operatives development is concentrated in around the Ran Tan Island and Greenlands, although the Co-operative also manages a significant number of properties in Church Hill.
The Co-operative currently manages 76 properties of which 16 are Shared Ownership. Properties are concentrated on Yarr Mill Close, Hedgerows Close, and Forest View. 15 of the Co-operatives properties are disbursed in the area of benefit. |
