Raven Housing Trust is the leading registered social landlord for east Surrey. Our aim is to provide affordable homes and improve the communities where our residents live.
Raven Housing Trust manages more than 5,500 homes. Our homes range from studio flats to 4 bedroom houses and we provide sheltered accommodation for the elderly and affordable homes for key workers.
We aim to be the landlord of choice, partner of choice and employer of choice. We will be clear in our objectives.
We aim:
* To provide excellent housing management - a three-star service by 2014.
* To provide excellent property services - decent homes by 2010 and decent homes plus by 2014.
* To provide excellent customer service - 90% of calls answered within 15 seconds. 90% of calls resolved by the first contact.
* To grow to 7,000 properties over the next five years - 500 homes of development, 500 homes by transfers or arrangements with partner RSLs.
* And, in all that we do, to embed:
