The Association owns 1,340 units of rented accommodation located within 30 local authority areas in the north of England and Herefordshire. This wide geographic spread means that the Association's biggest challenges are ensuring that we provide an equitable service to all, and establishing a presence within the local community.
In addition the Association manages 73 units of leasehold accommodation for the elderly. The areas in which the Association has a significant presence are Doncaster, York, Hull, Leeds, Newcastle, Durham County and Tees Valley.
Our core business is the provision of accommodation and a management and maintenance service to residents. |
