The Society is a small, not for profit social landlord. All our properties are in north Bushey, Hertfordshire. We have 106 rented homes, from studio flats to four bedroom houses. Most have large gardens. The Society was set up just after the second world war. Its aim was to house people who worked locally and were unable to find suitable homes at a time of desperate housing shortage.
The Society’s aims are to:
• provide a quality, customer-oriented housing management service;
• maintain and enhance the Society’s properties and estates;
• maintain a sound financial base to provide a stable rent regime;
• develop additional housing to meet identified needs;
• actively encourage tenant involvement in the Society;
• provide equality of opportunity and meet the diverse needs of our customers and staff. |
