Pennine Housing 2000 are a part of the Together Housing Group.
Pennine Housing 2000 is Calderdale's largest registered social landlord, set up in March 2001 to take over the ownership and management of the council's rented housing stock following a positive ballot by tenants.
One third of our skilled management board is made up of tenants, ensuring that our independent "not-for-profit" organisation delivers the services residents want. Rents are purposely kept low and competitive, whilst the standard of homes is constantly rising due to rolling improvement programmes.
Pennine has also taken over several estates in Sheffield through a similar stock transfer process.
We currently own and manage around 11,500 properties in Calderdale and more than 1,400 properties in Sheffield with properties range from one-bed flats to family accommodation through to sheltered housing for older people. |
