Predominantly working in Norfolk, the core business of Peddars Way Housing Association is to provide quality, well-managed homes to its tenants and service users. With a total housing stock of 8,889*, the repairs service is central to this, as is the collection of rents, good estate management, dealing effectively with matters such as anti-social behaviour and the improvement in the quality of the environment in which our tenants live.
The Association continues to be committed to vulnerable people across the region and is working closely with Flagship, as well as voluntary and statutory organisations to meet the needs of its customers.
Care Services offered within Peddars Way include sheltered housing, community centres and community development. The older and more vulnerable tenants, together with individual service users in the community, are served by Flagship Assist and Assure, the Group's Personal Alarm and Response Service.
Peddars Way has a successful development programme which has led to the provision of quality homes within seven local authority areas throughout Norfolk. It is committed in involving its customers and stakeholders, challenging how the service could be better delivered and comparing itself against alternative providers. |
