Parkway Housing Association was set up especially to manage our activities in Sheffield, where we are taking on around 1500 homes on the Wybourn, Richmond Park, Birklands and Athelstan estates from Sheffield City Council. We are embarking on a major reinvestment programme and will be working with tenants and the wider community to carry out a range of improvement and redevelopment work to make these homes and neighbourhoods places where people are proud to live.
We are also the housing association partner working with Urban Splash, English Partnerships and Sheffield City Council on the major redevelopment of the land Park Hill development, close to the city centre. |
