Paragon Community Housing Group, officially launched on 2nd April 2007 is a non-profit making organisation dedicated to providing a variety of housing solutions that people can afford. The creation of Paragon formalises the highly successful development partnership that has operated between Elmbridge Housing Trust and Richmond upon Thames Churches Housing Trust since 2005.
The Group now owns and manages almost 8,400 homes including general needs, housing for older people, supported housing, registered care homes, key worker, and 800 shared ownership units. It has property in the London Boroughs of Richmond upon Thames, Hounslow, Lambeth and Wandsworth; in Surrey in Elmbridge, Kingston upon Thames, Mole Valley and Woking and in Middlesex in Spelthorne. |
