Following the merger of Orbit Housing Association with South Warwickshire Housing Association on 1st April 2008 (to form Orbit Heart Of England Housing Association which manages all Orbit properties and services in the Midlands), properties in the East of England and all Private Retirement Schemes are now managed by the newly formed Orbit East.
