 General Information / Background
North Devon Homes Limited was formed in November 1998 to receive the housing stock from North Devon District Council In February 2000 all 3,281 homes were transferred to the new company in a transaction worth over £44 million.

The company is a Registered Social Landlord and is governed by its Board of Management which is made up of five Tenant members, five Local Authority members and five Independent members. The Board of Management work in a voluntary capacity and receive no payment for their services.

Our vision is 'working together to create communities where people want to live'. To fulfil this vision we have six corporate objectives which are used to help us prioritise and deliver our services to the local communities we serve.

The Company employs 82 staff to manage and maintain its housing stock and is committed to the provision of quality services to all of its customers.
