Nexus Housing, which is based in the Arboretum near to Worcester City Centre, manages over 2,500 homes across the County of Worcestershire. The County has a wide range of housing from the inner city communities of Worcester to the small rural developments.
Although a Partner Association in West Mercia Housing Group, it is independently governed by its own Board of Management. These volunteers meet bi-monthly and determine overall policy and direction whilst the full time management team carries out the day-to-day management of the Association.
Recognised for the quality of its property management and its diverse expertise for more than a quarter of a century, the Association is increasingly sought after by other organisations as a partner or managing agent. |
