New Linx Housing Trust is a not-for-profit landlord, we provide over 6000 affordable homes across Lincolnshire and are building many more each year. Our homes are a mix of flats, bungalows and houses for rent. We also offer homes to buy through shared ownership. We have a reputation for providing quality housing and managing homes to a high standard.
We are part of the Waterloo Housing Group, which manages 17,000 homes across the East and West Midlands region. Our aim is to provide and improve affordable homes for people who need housing. We reinvest any profit we make into affordable housing; by building new homes, maintaining existing ones and helping to improve local communities. |
