In 1999, Linx Homes (previously called East Lindsey Partnership Housing) was formed to accept the stock transfer from East Lindsey District Council. The stock is distributed throughout Lincolnshire with concentrations in the five prinicipal towns of Skegness, Horncastle, Mablethorpe, Spilsby and Louth.
In March 2006, Linx Homes merged with New Wolds Housing Trust, an existing subsidiary of the Eastern Shires Housing Group, under the name of New Linx Housing Trust - this makes New Linx Housing Trust the Lincolnshire based subsidiary for the group.
New Linx is the largest Registered Social Landlord in Lincolnshire, managing around 6000 homes for rent, shared ownership (Homebuy) and lease. Our new developments across the County cater for all tenures and provide attractive, comfortable homes which are economical to run.
We are a tenant focussed organisation, seeking to improve our services to tenants by involving them in everything we do. |
