New Fylde Housing is registered as a Company (Registration No. 3939838). It is registered with the Housing Corporation and is also a member of the National Housing Federation, which gives advice on policy and best practice.
New Fylde Housing is a not for profit organisation, which aims to be a good landlord meeting the needs of all our customers. An unpaid Board of Management comprising of 5 Tenants representatives, 5 Councillors and 5 Professional Independent members run the Company.
The Company employs approximately 72 Staff. |
