Established in 1985, Midsummer Housing Association manages over 6,000 properties in Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Norfolk. With the head office based in Milton Keynes, the association provide a range of affordable homes and services to the communities in these areas.

Recognised nationally as one of the leading specialists in affordable home ownership, such as shared ownership and key worker tenures, Midsummer also provides rented property, sheltered accommodation for the elderly and in partnership with specialist providers, supported housing including a Foyer and homes for the mentally ill. Midsummer became a member of The Guinness Partnership in April 2006.
