Midlands Rural Housing (MRH) is dedicated to meeting the housing needs of people living in our countryside. We aim to help people who live and work in rural areas access affordable homes in villages and market towns when they cannot afford to rent or buy at market levels.
We act as a service provider to Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Peak District and Warwickshire Rural Housing Associations which benefit from our rural housing expertise from a strategic, development, management, maintenance and administrative perspective.
MRH currently manages more than 1,300 properties on behalf of our partner housing associations in villages across the Midlands and is working to develop more affordable homes in the counties where our partners work. |
