Maynard Co-operative Housing Association (MCHA) provides good quality affordable homes for rent by local people. We offer a wide choice of homes to rent, from one-bedroom flats to two-, three- and four-bedroom properties.
We work in an ethnically diverse community, and rent homes to people from a wide variety of cultures. We've a strong commitment to diversity and promoting equality of opportunity.
MCHA is registered as an Industrial & Provident Society, which means it's a not-for-profit organisation.
Since 1991, we’ve had a partnership with LHA (Leicester Housing Association) who supply services like applicant interviews, housing allocations, repairs, maintenance, cleaning, rent collection, development and legal advice.
