Marlborough & District Housing Association's aim is to provide accommodation for persons, over the age of 55, who are able to look after themselves and have a genuine need for social housing, and have links with the area.
The Association owns and administers a large Grade II listed building, converted into self-contained flats together with two purpose-built two-storey blocks, built in the late ’60’s, but within the grounds of the old house: the whole comprised of 26 units. In recent years, four flats have been joined to make two 2-bedroom flats, giving a total of 24 units. |
