Marches Housing Association manages around 2800 homes in Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Shropshire and the Forest of Dean. We work in partnership with local authorities, organisations and residents to create safe, sustainable communities.
We provide:
* Homes to rent - We provide a range of accommodation from flats to large family houses, for people on low incomes or needing supported housing.
* Shared ownership - Arrangements which allow buyers to buy a percentage of their home and pay rent on the rest.
* Special projects - We carry out a range of shared housing projects, managed by specialist management agencies. Each scheme is designed to meet the needs of a particular client group.
The Association joined the Jephson Housing Association Group as a subsidiary in May 1996.
