Part of Great Places Housing Group, MMHA manages more than 3000 homes across Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside, Yorkshire and the Fylde Coast, as well as nearly 1000 supported housing places. Our homes are a mix of pre-war, post-war and new build properties.
Our work in neighbourhoods extends far beyond the boundaries of traditional housing management and we operate a number of services for the wider community including award-winning wardens schemes, Tonge UCAN Centre and the Bury Landlord Accreditation Scheme.
An ambitious programme of regeneration sees us continue our multi-award winning urban renewal activities, such as the wholesale redevelopment of the Northmoor area of Longsight and the fantastic new New Islington Millennium Community. We are actively involved in several Housing Market Renewal Pathfinders. |
