A subsidiary of Aragon, MacIntyre Housing Association is a registered charity which has been developing and managing high quality accommodation for adults and young people with learning difficulties, for over a decade.
Projects range from high specialised schemes developed around individual needs, to conventional self-contained flats with housing association tenancies. In every case:

* Clear and accessible tenant information has been developed to promote choice and enhance independence
* Housing management is geared to the distinct needs of the individual

As the impact of radical government thinking and policy in relation to supported housing becomes clear, MacIntyre is well placed to work with partner agencies to develop practical, innovative and cost effective alternatives to residential and hospital care.
As a subsidiary to Aragon, MacIntyre has access to financial and staffing resources which generate cost savings and systems improvement for the benefit of tenants. |
