Lune Valley Rural Housing Association is a small independent housing association managing 77 properties in Lancaster, Wyre and Craven.
The Lune Valley Rural Housing association was founded in 1989 and its business has been the provision and management of affordable good quality housing in rural areas. LVRHA operates in Lancaster Wyre and West Craven Districts which includes properties in Hornby, Forton, Ingleton, Gargrave, St Michaels on Wyre, Silverdale, Pilling, Caton, Great Eccleston, Over Kellet and Halton.
In April 2009, Chorley Community Housing took-on the day-to-day management of the association.
On behalf of Lune Valey RHA, Chorley Community Housing will manage:
* Allocations & Lettings;
* Rental Income & Rent Arrears;
* Tenancy Enforcement;
* Day to Day repairs;
* Gas & Electric landlord Checks;
* Investment & Planned works;
* Management Committee Support.
