Liverpool Housing Trust (LHT) is part of the Vicinity Group (formerly known as LHT Group) and has been providing affordable homes on Merseyside since 1965. LHT now owns almost 10,000 homes across Merseyside. Around three quarters of the homes are in Liverpool, but it also provides housing in Halton, Knowsley, St Helens, Wirral and Sefton.
Rodney Housing Division, who manages homes in Merseyside, joined LHT in April 2007. From this date Rodney has operated as a separate division within LHT.
In addition LHT has been selected as a Housing Management Contractor by Liverpool Mutual Homes (LMH). Following the transfer in 2008, LHT will ensure the delivery of a range of housing and neighbourhood services to over 8500 homes on behalf of LMH.
Throughout LHT’s 40 years it has always maintained its Liverpool roots and it’s commitment to house people in good quality accommodation. It plans to continue to do so for many more years to come. |
