Leazes Homes provides high quality, affordable accommodation to people in need.
Operating primarily in Newcastle upon Tyne, we are working in partnership with key organisations in the affordable housing sector such as the Homes and Communities Agency to deliver our objectives.
Leazes Homes is a company limited by guarantee with charitable status and registered with the Tenant Services Authority (registration number 4633) as a provider of social housing.
We have a board of seven Trustees chaired by Bill Midgley. Our core business is to provide affordable homes and support for people in need by:
* The efficient development of new social housing
* Becoming a preferred partner of organisations in the social housing field
* Becoming a landlord of choice for social housing tenants in the north east
* Developing a specific focus on special needs developments. |
