Founded in 1973, LHA has evolved continuously and today manages over 8,000 homes from offices in Leicester, Nottingham and Northampton, across 32 local authority areas.
LHA is a ‘not for profit’ organisation with over 30 years’ experience in providing affordable housing and building sustainable communities.
We build and manage good quality accommodation to rent, buy, or part-rent/part-buy through shared ownership.
Our homes meet the very varied needs of single people, couples and families of all ages across the east midlands.
They include well-maintained ‘general needs’ housing, accommodation for students, health professionals and other key workers, and (through our sister organisation LHA Support Services) retirement flats and bungalows, and supported housing for people with specific care or support needs, enabling them to live independently. |
