Now part of the First Ark group of companies, KHT is a not for profit, independent Housing Association, providing high quality homes at affordable rents.
In business since 2002, it provides homes for around 25,000 people, through its near 14,000 homes in Knowsley, Merseyside. Its life changing work in the community addresses a number of social and economic challenges and the needs of the environment. Additionally, its wider objectives are to provide opportunities for people to have a better quality of life, to build new homes to help to meet the demand for housing in Knowsley, and to enhance the life chances of all residents.
Our range of housing stock includes; houses, bungalows, sheltered housing schemes, as well as low rise and multi-storey accommodation. We actively encourage the participation of our tenants in the management of their homes, with tenant representation on the main board, at area level and through Knowsley's network of residents' associations.
We are committed to making a lasting and positive contribution towards the regeneration of Knowsley, working with a range of partners to deliver this. |
