We own and manage over 11,000 homes across 38 local authority areas, from Hereford to Portsmouth and from Minehead to Marlborough, so we are experts in our field.
Working with local authorities, we are leaders in developing and managing affordable homes to rent, and running Government-funded schemes to help people buy their own homes (shared ownership). We provide housing related support and accommodation to more than 1,500 people through our Futures at Knightstone service.
Knightstone's development programme provides between 200-250 new homes each year. We also act as development partners for a number of smaller associations: SHAL, Bristol Community Housing Foundation (BCHF) and NSHousing.
